Things to Read
I love the idea of daily drawing and drawing prompts.
Refreshing why doodling is good and the basic shapes that help you become a doodle genius.
Yes, eating veggies is great but apparently it gets even better than that. It actually increases creativity too, apparently.
Are you left or right brained? Probably both, of course! I'm really glad more articles like this are making headway because I really dislike the outdated notion that you cannot be both creative and logical.
I started getting involved with Society6, which is very exciting. I've spent a lot of time looking through some of the amazing people on there including this person, this one, and that one!
Guidelines for writing anything and completing anything. Seriously, Alexandra Franzen is my all time favourite.
I've also been working on ways to make myself feel good about alcohol drinking. Cue the cocktails. If you have to shake it then you worked for it. A life motto right there!
Reading this book on "Building your Business the Right-Brain Way". I know what I said about the right/left brain stuff but ignoring that, this book is actually really fun!
Apparently hazelnuts are sad and no longer want to grow. Goodbye, nutella, for now. In the meantime, use up your stash of nutella (c'mon everyone has one...right?) on this yummy smoothie recipe.
Wanting to embrace more of the world around me and the things I love, I started reading more about just that. I am trying to take in more and share more. I am not committing to publishing all the items I've enjoyed on a regular basis but when I do, it's going to be good stuff! Promise.
